    1. You can check with redBus customer support regarding your refund status. Once you connect, ask them for ARN(Acquirer Reference Number), which can help you to track your refund status. You can share your ARN number with your bank, which will check where the payment has stuck.
      Note: redBus takes 5 to 7 bank working days(excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays) to refund into the source account.
